Comfort Suites Outlet Center

Continental breakfast had a very ample variety of items. Room was ample, very clean, nice clean floors, the bed was very comfortable. The mood of the place was relaxed, the price was good. The receptionists were very helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, visiting the Arboretum and getting on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Overall it was a very good experience.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. I had several telephone contacts from reception prior to arrival about the room change.

Next door to the Shopping Outlet. Great bargains there! Fantastic Seafood Restaurant a few minutes walk. Very reasonable and the white chocolate raspberry cake was exceptional. So big, the 3 of us split it. Loved being able to get a free cup of herbal Mint Melody tea each evening. Clean, quiet big room. Will use again, the next time we go to Ashville.

Very close to the Biltmore and other restaurants. The staff was excellent! Peater checked us in on Friday night and answered all of our questions. The staff (unfortunately I didn’t get their names) who were handling the breakfast were on top of things and also very nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
