Continental breakfast had a very ample variety of items. Room was ample, very clean, nice clean floors, the bed was very comfortable. The mood of the place was relaxed, the price was good. The receptionists were very helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, visiting the Arboretum and getting on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Overall it was a very good experience.

The hotel and staff were exceptional! Very clean and spacious rooms and worth the money. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Great location and among other businesses to shop and eat. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating! This hotel will always be our overnight stop when heading south!!!

There was a variety of items to choose from ranging from hot food to grab and go items. The waffles were great tasting. There were a variety of drinks and the staff was cleaning constantly.

The breakfast was great! The room itself was great and met our needs. There was plenty of room for my wife's wheelchair. The bed was a little high for my wife to get into.

Next door to the Shopping Outlet. Great bargains there! Fantastic Seafood Restaurant a few minutes walk. Very reasonable and the white chocolate raspberry cake was exceptional. So big, the 3 of us split it. Loved being able to get a free cup of herbal Mint Melody tea each evening. Clean, quiet big room. Will use again, the next time we go to Ashville.

it is near the outlet stores, breakfast was good, rooms are good. there is a fitness area, conference room.

Very close to the Biltmore and other restaurants. The staff was excellent! Peater checked us in on Friday night and answered all of our questions. The staff (unfortunately I didn’t get their names) who were handling the breakfast were on top of things and also very nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

They had a GREAT breakfast with many options available! The shower had great water pressure. My son enjoyed the outdoor pool. I really liked that they had a fold out couch for my son to sleep on.
